Spain has a long railway tradition. Proof of this is the coexistence in the national territory of not only leading manufacturers, but also suppliers and maintenance companies, constituting a leading industry. That is why the world leader Alstom decided to locate one of its most important factories in the province of Barcelona.
At Triple E – EEESA we are very proud that a world leader like Alstom has placed its trust in us, and that we are growing hand in hand with them. More than 20 years have passed since we manufactured the electronic fire detection devices for Madrid Metro’s fire detection units. We have progressed from analogue equipment working with electronic wiring to digital exchanges with cybersecurity protections. For example, the ones we are designing for the RENFE High Capacity project, awarded to Triple EEESA. A long history based on actively listening to our clients, as well as on studying what operators and the different regulations are demanding in order to offer Alstom the adapted solution it requires.
A global partner for Alstom, a world leader
However, the services we provide to Alstom go beyond the company’s presence in Spain. Its position as a world leader in the sector requires a global partner. For this reason, at Tripe E EEESA we are not limited to just supplying the mega-factory in Barcelona. We have developed solutions for the Alstom Group’s subsidiaries in Latin America: Brazil, Santo Domingo and Panama are clear examples. And that’s not all, because at Triple E – EEESA we continue to work with the purchasing and technical centres in France and India, thus demonstrating that we are a global partner capable of collaborating wherever we are needed in the world.
Despite the geographical distance, our philosophy does not change in the slightest and we approach projects there with the same enthusiasm and level of service as we do in Spain. In this respect, we are very proud that Alstom invited us to discuss our solutions with Via Mobilidade, the concessionaire of several metro lines in Brazil. On this occasion, we feel a great sense of responsibility, but also the satisfaction of knowing that we are dealing with a satisfied client.
